Bedroom is also furnished! Community includes a large pool, hot tub and community room. Home is filled with plants and an open airy feeling. We try to remain as tidy as possible, but the only are only human and not always perfect when we have busy schedules. 3 month lease, then month to month. **accepting female applicants only**
No smoking in the condo or on balcony. Must like dogs. Just can't see ourselves living with someone who wouldn't like my dog. Street parking is pretty fair. Cool with a 3 month lease and if it's working out, month to month afterwards. Photos will be uploaded very soon.
