Enjoy! Our home is offered furnished with private Pool and Spa. There are two Master Suites, both with Heavenly Westin King beds, Walk in closets, French Doors to the outside, Private two sink bathrooms. The third bedroom has two twin beds and its own bathroom. There are two fireplaces in the home - One located in the living room, the other in one of the Master Suites. Central Air Conditioning, Ceiling fans in every room, Home Telephone, Security System, and Fast Speed Internet. There are (4) televisions; one in each of the (3) bedrooms and the fourth, a large screen TV in the den with built-in surround sound. Included are subscriptions to Netflix, Hulu, PBS, Amazon, and Acorn. Music speakers with control knob located in every room, including outside by the pool. The music can be operated with your own music library directly from your cell phone, by downloading the Sonos App. Our Kitchen is fully equipped with Full Dining Service for 8+ persons, Microwave, Dishwasher, Ice Maker, Toaster Oven, Blender, Food Processor. Professional Calphalon Cooking Pans (not used in dishwasher), Linens / All High Cotton Count and Smart Silk Pillows (Hypo Allergenic). There are Bath Towels, Pool Towels, Washer, Dryer, Jetted Tub in master bath. Garage parking for one car. The second garage space offers pool floats and Jeep Bikes to ride (Bike Waiver Required), and Walking Sticks are found and provided by the Front Door. The application fee of $35.00 is not included in rental amount. Short term rental minimum 31 days or longer, PREFERRED 2 to 3 months rental. Will accept longer rentals if requested. One Month's Rent + security deposit are required at time of the signature on the agreement. Annual Rates (Monthly) *31 Day Minimum *Rented to Non-Smokers Only Renter's Insurance Through Lemonade $31/month paid by owner Base Rates are as follows: Monthly rent is $6900. If renting April Only - the rent is $9,500. $300 Utility Fee Cap paid by owner for gas and electricity. Utility Usage over $300 Cap are paid by renter to owner when bill is received. Owner provides all Water Fees, Monthly Landscape, Twice Weekly Pool Service, Pest Control Service, Home Security Monitoring 24/7, Home Telephone, High Speed Internet, Additional Television Streaming Subscriptions, Weekly Trash. Renter will be responsible for all utility amounts over $300 for gas/electric. OUR HOME IS TRULY A SMOKE FREE ENVIRONMENT. Any smoking within the home will be charged a "damage assessment" of $1,500.
