Charming ADU Available for Rent Bright We're looking for a responsible, quiet tenant for our well-maintained ADU here in Lafayette. We've just finished some nice updates to make this a comfortable place to live. What You Get The main living area is nice and open with warm hardwood floors throughout. There's plenty of natural light coming in from the windows, and we've added recessed lighting so you can adjust the ambiance however you like. The space flows nicely living room, dining area, and kitchen all work together without feeling cramped. There is brand new airconditioning and heating. Kitchen The kitchen has white cabinets and stainless steel appliances that we've kept in good working order. There's solid counter space for cooking and everyday use, and it opens right up to the living area. Nothing fancy, but it's functional and clean. Bedroom & Bathroom The bedroom is a comfortable size with good closet space. There's a full bathroom with an updated vanity and fixtures.You'll have your own washer/dryer unit right in the unit. The Neighborhood This is a quiet cul-de-sac which is very quiet. Highway 24 is very close by, so if you commute in the Bay Area, you've got easy access. There are great parks nearby, including being waling distance to the Lafayette Reservoir. More about us Just so you know up front: this ADU is attached to our home. You'll have your own separate space, yard and entrance, but we share the building structure. Each unit has its own electrical meter. We pay for water and garbage and you pay your own electrical service. We simply ask that tenants respect the quiet of the neighborhood and the shared boundaries. What We're Looking For We want someone responsible who will take care of the place and be a respectful neighbor.
