Hey all, I am looking for a roommate for my place in Lafayette. The room is an upstairs room for tons of light, and ample closet space. There is in unit washer dryer, and loads of storage space in the garage. There is also a patio attached to the backyard( which is fully fenced in). My roommate and I both have dogs. So I would prefer to not have any more animals. I am a 25M who has lived in the area for 6 years. I love the outdoors, so that includes running, biking and and everything in between. I have finished the CO 14ers, and am training for a 100k. The ideal roommate would be someone who shares my interests. But hey, everyone is unique and I am sure I would love to meet you. Preferably in their 20s and 30s. Hey, I would like a year lease. But if that does not work with you, we can have a conversation about it.
