Available for immediate move-in. This property is first come first serve! My fiance and I travel for work full-time and are no longer able to reside on the property or keep up with it. It is fully furnished with all brand new appliances. You will be renting out a room, but have full access to the entirety of the house as we, again, are not located in Lafayette right now. Rent is 375 a month, it should be a lot more, but we need help with keeping a light on, watering a plant, and taking the trash to the end of the street on weekends. We do offer month-to-month or weekly pay for the property for those who need a little bit of assistance. Really looking to provide a situation that would help someone as well as helping ourselves keep the space occupied and help avoid squatters. As we do not live in the city, you must undergo a background check before being able to tour the property, this is our only way of staying safe as far as who will be on the property.
