3 Bedrooms, 3 Bathrooms, 2 walk in showers, 2 walk in closets. Backyard is private and Backs to a wash.
Mountain views. South side location. 3 blocks to the BLM.

My shared Streaming services (Prime/Brit-box Paramount and possibly more) are available (living room and master bdrm) on 2 of the 3 TV's.
All pay per view movies and shows are the responsibility of renter. I have DVDs for 3rd TV.
$2400 security deposit.
$250 cleaning fee

No Smoking or Vaping.
Dog considered with $250.00 non refundable fee.
Also additional refundable deposit of $250.00 for any pet damages.
