Pets welcome ( but must get along with small dogs and cats) with a non refundable $100 deposit per pet. There is a $150?non refundable deposit plus $25/per month for each pet. This quaint home comes equipped with internet for $30/month and is all electric paid by tenant. Water/sewer/trash are covered by the landlord. You will be staying in a prime location, just two blocks from Lake Orion with Lake privileges and two blocks from downtown for dining, shopping, and nightlife!! Owner pays for water and trash. Tenant pays for electric. No smoking inside, outside is fine but proper disposal a must! If you have pets you must clean up after them as the yard is shared! There will be a $150 nonrefundable pet deposit. An additional $25 per month will be added to rent with up to two pets!
