Hello all,
I'm renting out a room for $1,200mo- available 8/1/2025. Private room and bath, plus storage and parking spot in the garage. The house also has a shared workout room, laundry, yard/back porch, projector/screen in the living room and TV in the family room. (We each have a private bedroom and bathroom- the rest of the house is shared.) The bedroom is not furnished but I have some furniture you could borrow, if needed. The neighborhood is quiet without much traffic. Nice neighbors. Close to Fort Steilacoom and disc golf course. About 1 mile away from bus stop, grocery, restaurants, services, etc. Not far from Lakewood Townecenter.
$1,200/mo (plus 1/2 utilities) and $600 security deposit. Ideally 3 month lease with month to month after but willing to offer 1 year lease, if desired.
