This is the entirely separate lower level of a split level true mid century home in a private gated lakeside community. I only rent this out when I am travelling so you can expect to have privacy and solitude the majority of the time (I am there about once every 6 weeks for about a week), this short term rental is great for travelling nurses, visiting service members, etc... Cool modern features and amenities. Simple kitchenette includes sink, microwave, refrigerator, 50" TV, (no laundry). Your own separate entrance, off street parking available. The lake is only a 1 minute walk away (this can be a hazard for young children) - a small park and also a dock are available for sitting and enjoying the scene. The rental rate is a monthly rate based upon a minimum 180 day rental contract, price per month goes up a bit if your stay is shorter than 180 days - happy to let you know what your stay would cost. Included in monthly cost is all the typical utilities (heat, A/C, water, garbage) and internet. We do accept reusable tenant screening reports, we will conduct a background and credit worthiness check, looking at criminal, civil, rental, consumer and employment histories. The following criteria may result in your application being denied: past eviction, past criminal conviction, poor history of debt payments, poor or incomplete rental history, poor work history, income less than 3.5 times the monthly rent, and or a credit score of less than 650.
