The room is big with small fridge included, bed provided if wanted, street parking only, huge living space and kitchen that are great for entertaining, baking, and cooking. The room is private, It is located in the first floor of the house and there is a shared nice bathroom. The room is strictly for one person ONLY. The neighborhood is quiet (culdesac) and location is next to AV College, close to Walmart, 99 cents, Vallarta etc. Safe environment A bit about us... We are a professional married gay couple and we share the upper story with my dad. I'm a civil engineer and my husband works from home as a care manager. We also speak Spanish and Tagalog as our second language. Ideal candidate would be someone who is clean and respectful and has a stable job or a student. No pets, LGBT friendly. No smoking or drugs. No overnight visits with exception. Please be able to provide proof of income and forms of identification.
