Located in the upper Yucca area on the way to Landers (near La Copine) the house rests on 5 acres with 360 views, a caliche limestone quarry on the property and an additional writing studio/office separate from the house (see last two slides). A short walk to hiking trails galore, enjoy a view of Goat Mountain from the indoor bathtub in the morning and watch the stars from the outdoor cast iron bath at night. Mini-split can be synced up to your phone to ensure the temperature is comfortable when you come home. Fireplace (electric logs only) keep the place cozy in the winter months. 5 minutes from La Copine, 11 minutes to Tiny Pony, groceries and beyond, 20 minutes from Joshua Tree park entrance, 45 minutes to Palm Springs Airport.
