Entry to Property: We will provide a minimum of 24 hours' written notice before entering the property for non-emergency purposes (e.g., repairs, inspections, showing to prospective tenants). Smoking Policy: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind (tobacco, vaping, cannabis) is strictly prohibited inside the home. Renter's Insurance: Renter's insurance is required for the duration of the tenancy, with a minimum of $100,000 in liability coverage. Proof of insurance must be provided before move-in. Early Termination: Should you need to break the lease early, a fee equivalent to one month rent will be charged, in addition to forfeiture of the security deposit, unless a suitable replacement tenant is found and approved.
