The house is perfectly designed for a family getaway/a group of friends. 5 mins to the beaches and it is located right at the centers of all the beaches. Also 3 minute drive from Publix, Starbucks, CVS, and many restaurants and beach activities around. 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 10. A huge backyard for hanging out. A large pool to cool you off Florida sun The space is about 1700 square feet. Upon entering you will be in the dinning room with dinning table and pool view through the door to the back yard. To your left is the cheerfully decorated living room with a 65 inches Roku TV that is a great space for conversation. Behind the living room the updated kitchen with all basic cooking equipments for preparing your family meals. To the left of the living room is 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed. They share a hallway bathroom. To the right side of the house is another 2 bedrooms. One is a garage converted with two double beds. And one is a regular bedroom with a queen bed. Upon exit the house to the back yard, you will see a large pool. The house has out door dining table, as well and pool lounging chairs, a hanging hammock, and a hammock for enjoying the back yard. We put decorate lighting on the big oak tree in the back yard. This can be turn on with the switch right next to the tree. We also put a sink in the back yard for convenient. From the house to Indian Rock beach is about 5 minutes driving, about 13 minutes to Clear Water beach, other beaches 5-10 minutes+
