There are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the 3rd floor currently available for rent. Each room comes furnished with a built-in closet, queen bed, desk, and desk chair. Each bedroom is for a max of one person (no pets). The shared living areas will be furnished and utilities will be shared by all roommates. Flooring is a mix of carpet and LVP. Kitchen includes gas stove & oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and plenty of cabinet space. There is one parking space on the driveway available (first come, first served) and plenty of nearby free guest parking available.
