    Private single room, 2 options to choose from. Both bedrooms same size. Freshly cleaned carpets and new coat of paint on the walls. The rooms have windows that catches the morning light beautifully. The rooms are on the main level of the home with a shared bathroom; which has a brand new shower/tub that hasn't even been used yet. Clean living space, fully furnished home with a decent kitchen and homey living room and dining area. Washer and dryer onsite. This is a month by month rental, no lease but on the premise that there be given at least a one month notice that you're moving out. So there is already a sweet female cat that lives here. She doesn't shed much and I vacuum often so hairs not a problem. She is an indoor outdoor cat so there's no nasty litter box smell. I'm still repairing some minor damage to the bathroom mirror caused by previous roommate, but should be fixed by move in. No smoking cigarettes in the house, electric cigarettes are okay. Anything else outside. There is a closed garage and an attic that you'd have access to use as storage. Nice home in a great neighborhood. There is a big front yard and medium backyard (no fence) that would require shared responsibilities for yard maintenance either help with the chores or help pay for a crew.
