Security deposit: $1,550, due at lease signing.
Application fee: $40 per adult applicant one time fee.
Parking: Two Spaces in the Garage, off-street parking space is included. Additional street parking is available.
Pet policy: Pets are allowed with a non-refundable $250 pet fee and a monthly pet rent of $50 per pet. Maximum of two cats.
Smoking policy: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
Tenant responsibilities:
Tenants are responsible for maintaining the interior of the house, including appliance and fixture upkeep.
Tenants must abide by noise-control rules and are not permitted to make alterations to the property without written consent.
Subletting is not permitted.
The tentant accept one virsual control of the property each quarter.
All walls are fresh white painted and have to be by move out fresh painted in white.
The tenant accept a move out deap cleaning fee from $ 200, but must be normally cleand by move out and remove all his belonings incl. garbage etc.
