Lenexa is located only minutes away from Downtown KC, Westport, Country Club Plaza and easily accessible to cities of Overland Park, Shawnee and Olathe. The Space KITCHEN: All the necessary supplies for preparing a quick meal for your loved ones is included. You'll have a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, and a wide range of cooking utensils. Additionally, there's a drip coffee maker available to energize you in the morning. Coffee grounds, creamer, and sugar are provided for your convenience. DINING AREA: The dining room features a table that can accommodate six people, perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals or hosting board game nights. LIVING ROOM: Not one but living spaces are available to relax and and unwind. Watch your favorite shows on the large flat screen smart TVs. BEDROOMS: Each bedroom offers a luxuriously comfortable beds with high-quality bedding akin to what you find in hotels. You may even experience a better night's sleep than you do at home. Additionally, each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV, allowing you to enjoy a movie from the comfort of your bed. -SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Bedroom 1 - King-Size Bed Bedroom 2 - Queen Sized Bed -We do provide a queen air mattress should you bring an extra guest(s) and a pack n play for your little one. BATHROOM: Experience the luxury of a cozy updated shower and bathtub, vanity, and premium towels, giving you the feeling of being in a high-end hotel. We provide one large bath towel and one washcloth per guest, as well as convenient dark makeup towels. Enjoy the bath products provided, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Another half bathroom is located in the home. EXTERIOR: Outside, you'll find a lovely fenced patio is perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The outdoor space is equipped with a grill and patio furniture, making it the perfect spot for a cookout or a relaxing afternoon in the sun. PARKING: Garage and Driveway Parking is available and can accommodate up to 2 cars. Guest Access The home is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times 10:00pm to 7:00am. LOCAL GUESTS - please send us a message before booking. We cannot host local guests without prior authorization or preapproval. We have the right to decline and do additional screening for local reservations. Getting Around Plenty of parking here if you drive.Almost everything downtown KC has to offer will be at your doorstep. It's either walking distance or a $10-25 Uber ride from the our place. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs
