    Hello! I am a middle-aged woman seeking a female to rent a room in my ranch home. The room is furnished with a large closet and extra room for a desk, chair, shelves etc, and a private bath is located right outside of the bedroom. The rent is $750 a month which includes all utilities. I have rented out to several post bachelor students in the past and it was a good experience for us both! I live in a quiet area located close to Man-o-War and Alumni Drive. Please let me know of any questions you may have. Teresa I do not allow smoking in the house or on the property. I have a basic month to month lease and liability waiver. I will do a background check, and need a statement from your previous landlord or if in college, a letterhead from your professors.
