No smoking or vaping allowed. No overnight guests. No loud tv/music or illegal drug use. No additional appliances or AC units. At least 2 weeks' notice is required, and the unit must be cleaned before vacating. Parking is on a public street only, and cleanliness must be maintained in the shared area and in the unit. The renter is responsible for laundry detergent and personal toiletries. Please NO exemptions, single occupancy use only. One year lease, we may consider 6 months depending on circumstances. The property owners are a friendly, respectable elderly couple who are late sleepers and early risers with no drama. Their two Labrador dogs, one black 13-year-old and one chocolate 2-year-old, are inside property dogs who roam at night as security. The property has outside security cameras. Keep the metal gate closed upon entering or leaving the property. The owners operate a handicap mobility equipment and transportation service part-time business in the main house. Mahalo's
