• Furnished Rooms for rent in a Lincoln Crossing. Huge, peaceful home for responsible, professional, clean, down-to-earth, well-organized individuals looking for a lovely, quiet home to share with other down-to-earth, hardworking professionals. We are very selective and are looking for individuals who are considerate and respectful of other roommates' privacy and space. Must be able to pay rent on time. No drugs, smokers, or smoking of any kind indoors or outside the home premises, To avoid issues with other tenants with allergies, no burning incense or candles. no alcohol or beer cans on premises. We don't have anything against animals but prefer no pets to avoid any potential issues with roommates who may be allergic to animals, annoyed with barking, biting, and scratching of furniture, pet hair on furniture, and anything that may cause issues for the other roommates. Thank you for understanding. Roommates must clean up after themselves to maintain a clean home. Must adhere to all HOA rules. Washer and dryer, TV, and Wifi are available. The home also has a large private backyard that overlooks a field. Rooms are not adjacent to one another for more privacy. The owner will be maintaining the premises and lawn bi-weekly. Utilities are $150 per month. All Roommates will have full access to Resort Style clubhouse with three pools for adults and children, sprinklers, showers, eating and lounging outdoor areas, outdoor games, an indoor lap pool with jacuzzi, a Fitness Gym, a Sauna, a Full indoor Basketball court (leagues available), tennis courts, teen game room with video games, monthly activities. The home is a 10-minute walk to the clubhouse, shopping, and restaurants and 10 minutes away from The Galleria Mall by car. Important Notice: We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control, and life can throw us curve balls.
