The bathroom is downstairs as is the kitchen, laundry room and master bedroom (off the living room). This property includes a new washer and a dryer in the laundry room; a galley kitchen complete with fridge, stove/oven and microwave; patio with concrete wheelchair ramp to the entry/mudroom; a small yard; and a basement (not included in sq. footage) that can occasionally get a wet floor during hard rain storms. It is located in the back corner of a lot in NW Lincoln City, within walking distance to beach access (without having to cross Hwy 101) and half a block from the cute downtown shops and restaurants.
