There is a parking spot for you on the gravel driveway, and always plenty of free parking on the street also. We are two sisters, plus an old friend. We live in the upstairs areas. We love books, movies and art. We are calm, clean, friendly, and respectful of others. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household. We don't smoke, do drugs, or make a lot of noise, and we take care of our wonderful home. We are looking for someone who will fit into this ethos. The rent is $1250 per month. There is also another spare bedroom (just up a few stairs from your basement) that can be available if you wanted to use it for an office, for an additional monthly amount.
