Our home is quiet and is in a beautiful neighborhood in South Livermore suburb by wineries and walking/biking/running trails. You have access to use all common areas such as kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard and parking in front of the house. 4. I'm Sorry but no frequent overnight guests or pets allowed. Having a visitor occasionally is okay. This is for the safety, security and comfort of everyone in the house who have been ID verified. 5. This is a NO-smoking/drug environment only 6. Rent is one year at a time with one month notice from either party. Long-term stays focused and perfect for the professional or intern student or grad student looking for affordable temporary housing. 7. Renter screening/check is required and pay by the renter. 8. The rent is $1500/month with utilities (water, electricity, garbage, wifi) and gardening included. Should there be an excess of usage, we will charge the tenant the excess amount. 9.
