This 800 square foot home with full kitchen, living room space and a laundry unit. **Utilities are included with the exception of Wifi and cable tv services.** No trash services; thus, trash must be taken to any of the two compact locations within ten minutes (Lake of the Woods Community or on Constitution HWY). No Hunting on property. No burn piles on property. The house is conveniently located near Walmart, a middle and elementary school and Germana Community college. Only about 25 minutes to either Fredericksburg or Culpeper. One pet less than 45 lbs allowed Monthly fee of $25 / month. No smoking of ANY kind inside property. One working vehicle per adult. Max of 3 people in house. Application will consist of the following: All adults (+18) must be on the lease, (Zillow will give you the opportunity to add people to application, If all adults were not added to application, missing tenant(s) will need to submit separate application).
