The front yard has an automatic sprinkler system and lovely landscaping. Lawncare provided by landlord. No smoking or pets are allowed in or on the property. A six-month lease is required by tenant. After six months it turns to a month-to- month rental agreement. First month's rent and deposit are required before moving in. Renter pays for all utilities including water, sewer, garbage, electricity and gas. City of Lodi provides all utilities except for gas. PG&E provides gas services.
