This is a private room for one person. The room is 11x12 feet, in a three bedroom house. The bathroom will be shared with one other occupant. The rest of the house will be shared with two other occupants (three total). The house is equipped with a large refrigerator, a high end gas kitchen stove, a dishwasher, a new microwave and new washer and dryer. All of the appliances in the house are shared to include HDTV, color printer, dishes, silverware, pots and pans. The yard will be a shared common area between all persons on the property. House has central A/C and heating Shared yard with patio and lemon trees as well as avocado trees. There is exercise equipment in the back yard to include dumb bells, weight plates, a concept rower, assault bike, and concept ski machine. Pets are ok if the pet is perfect. It will depend on the pet. Smoking outside ok but not in the house. Rent includes electricity, gas, water all within reason and free wifi is available. Street parking Train station within 1.3 miles Bus stop within 700 feet Starbucks, Target, McDonalds and other stores within walking distance.
