PLEASE NOTE: This is a SUBLET/STR type situation. Echo Park Craftsman available for 6-8 months. I'm planning to take a break from LA and it's highly likely my next job will be out of town anyhow. I'm looking for someone to Sublet my place for the next 4-6 months or longer. I just did an extensive remodel of the bathroom and I had the floors completely redone. It's all turned out super nice. I just had a Mini-Split A/C installed and it's working quite nicely. There's a garage with space enough for a small car. My Subaru Forrester fits in there nice and snug. Quick walk to Echo Park Lake as well as The Echoplex, Lassen Foods, Bar Flores, Honey Hi, Rialto, etc. First month's Rent and Deposit due prior to move-in. I am the owner but this is to be a sublet or STR type situation as I do plan to return once the rental term is complete.
