This is being offered to any person that is skilled and knowledgeable in gardening, pruning, light construction, painting and drywall to name a few. An overall handy person. Work required would be minimum one day a week (at least 8 hours a week). The rental space can be described as a one bedroom, with kitchenette, private entrance and great view. All utilities, WiFi included and can be partially furnished. The space and amenities do not support someone that works from home. There are details to discuss but overall, it is a great space for the right person. Rent including all utilities would normally go for $1950/month. Reduction in exchange for work will need to be discussed. No pets. Rent can be reduced in exchange for handy work. Street parking only. No pets allowed. No smoking
