House is available from September 1, 2025 until Nov 30, 2025, with the possibility of extending the lease (that could be discussed up front, or possibly later as well). We would rent the house in 1 month increments as well, the month of September, October, or November. Prime Location, Just two miles from the iconic Santa Monica and Venice beaches, you'll have endless opportunities for sun, sand, and sunset walks. We are north of Palms, West of Centinela, just south of the Santa Monica airport, just east on Rose from the Penmar Golf Course, in a quiet residential neighborhood. World-class museums, art galleries, historical landmarks, local and DTLA theaters, sporting events, and live music venues are all within reach. Residents will also discover a shopping paradise with an eclectic mix of high-end boutiques (Abbot Kinney for example), flagship stores, and charming local shops. For medical professionals or those supporting patients, the home is within 15 minutes of UCLA and St. John's Hospitals in Santa Monica. Great restaurants abound in close proximity, for example, recently opened, and trendy Beethoven Market is a 5 minute walk. Parking: There are 2 spots available in our driveway, off the street. There is a garage that you will not have access to. There is also plenty of no permit parking available.
