We are located 1/2 mile from plazas with restaurants/bars, grocery stores, gas, etc. If you accept, we will send you a copy of the lease & hold harmless waiver that will be signed. We will require a deposit unless you book through AIRBNB. You can book through Airbnb at a higher rate, but they will provide you with Renter's liability coverage for property damage and bodily injury coverage to you. We will require a copy of the guest's driver's license/ID. & liability insurance of any auto parked on the property. If using street parking, then insurance is not necessary. AIRBNB only provides liability coverage for any guest listed on the reservation, so if you are going to have any visitors during your stay, they will need to be on the reservation. If you plan on having anyone visit for a night or two, please make the reservation for that many guests. Each room will accommodate 2 people. If you want to have a guest that is not on the reservation, they can visit if they sign the hold harmless prior to arrival and provide their ID, which can be texted or emailed - please contact host Dawn for the waiver and e-mail address or phone number to text the waiver/license to. There is onsite parking within the gates with proof of auto insurance, and outside of the gate, by street parking without proof of insurance. WIFI by the pool and all over the property. Cleaning fee of $150.00 deducted from security deposit if the place is not left as clean as when found. Lease & Waiver to be signed, and need auto insurance (liability must extend to property, as we may have other renters) to park within the gates. Security Deposit will be 1 month of the rental amount and is to cover holding the unit, plus to cover rental loss if we discounted rent for a longer rental, and the lessee leaves before the time for the discount, plus to cover taxes, damage & cleaning unless coming in through AIRBNB. We require a hold harmless be signed and suggest that you get a renters insurance policy to cover any damage to your belongings or ours, and to cover you if you are hurt while on our property. We will check credit, previous landlord or mortgage history for longer rentals paying monthly. For paid-up-front short-term rentals, we will look for your rating with VRBO, AIRBNB, etc.
