Lease would be for 1 year. You will have access to your own private bathroom. The access to the basement is on the main floor so no separate entrance/exit. It is well kept and comes unfurnished. We have a security system to make sure our house is safe. There is a large storage space in the basement that can be utilized if you have extra items you want to put in there (pic not shown, it's a empty unfinished room).
