Visitors will need prior approval & no over night guests. Rental is in a shared house & respect for others space in the home will apply. Room is located on the upper level, using front door entrance. Room Estimate size is 11'x11' room, furnished w/a queen bed, 2 nightstands, lamp, vanity/dresser storage unit w/ chair & can serve as desk as well. Room has 1 standard size window providing natural light & 2 door closet. Bathroom is located in the hall way and is your private bathroom. The only time this bathroom will need to be used is if homeowners have company or family gatherings, otherwise, this is your private bathroom outside of those situations (which is very rare). There is shared laundry room in the downstairs & shared upstairs kitchen. Includes Landlord temperature controlled utilities (heat/AC) & basic internet speed. Landlord has basic TV service now & can be used by tenant. TV in bedroom & TV service is not part of the included utilities and can be terminated at anytime. As long as Landlord carries this service, tenant can have access. If Landlord disconnects service for any reason, tenant will always have internet & tenant can purchase their own streaming services.
