It's the last house on a quiet street, and in the evenings, we frequently see deer in the pasture across the road while listening to crickets. Enjoy walk-in closets, a double vanity in the main bedroom, laundry, a fully-equipped kitchen, cable TV, and an electric fireplace for cozy evenings. There are also bonus sleeping spaces with a pull-out sofa and an extra couch. Additionally, all bedrooms have blackout curtains. With sweeping pastures, mist-covered mountain views, and easy access to two national forests and natural hot springs, there's little doubt why this area is called "the gem of the Blue Ridge." Mars Hill, a 20-25 minute drive from downtown Asheville, is nothing short of quaint. It boasts an adorable coffee shop, a brewery inside a 1940s theatre, several shops and restaurants, a large grocery store, and a university. Check out First Fridays, shop the farmers market, walk the green way, or catch some trivia. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and connects to the living room, which features an electric fireplace and windows for natural lighting. Laundry is conveniently located just off the guest bathroom and also has a portable steamer. There is ample storage in the closets and garage, and high-speed Internet. We are a short walk from the beautiful greenway and an easy drive from Asheville, Marshall, and Hot Springs. All utilities are included in rent, and the deposit is refundable. Please, no smoking or pets. Our preference is to host a mid-term lease (1-3 months) with the option to renew.
