Two bedrooms (including the one available) are located on the house's second floor, and an attached private loft is on the third. Common spaces including the kitchen and living room are shared with the two other roommates. There's also a porch and beautiful backyard which is shared with the downstairs unit. Plus, free street parking and free laundry in the basement! In terms of accessibility, there are several steps leading up to the front and back doors of the house. The floors and basement can only be accessed via stairs as well, as there's no elevator. Everyone in the house identifies as LGTBQ+ or an ally. The two roommates of this apartment are in their 20s-30s. The roommate living in the private loft is the owner of the house. There is also one sweet cat named Kitty Baby. The house is a 7 minute walk from West Medford. A 10 minute walk from Whole Foods and Starbucks. And a 20 minute walk from Medford Square and from Tufts campus. There is a bus stop that goes straight to Davis Square or Tufts right in front of the house. There is also a convenient shed for storing your bike if you commute via bike.
