Good references from past landlord(s); however, we are willing to consider other means of establishing responsible behavior if you were previously living with family, owned your own home, etc. If your previous landlord was a family member, we will require additional validation. 4. No pets. We understand that for many people their pets are an important part of their family, but please do not apply expecting us to make an exception. We are aware that service animals are not "pets," and we comply with all applicable law. 5. The house is not suitable for more than four adults or two adults and three children.
