Power (Electricity): All electrical service is included in the monthly rent. Laundry: The washer and dryer provided in the unit are included for the Tenant's use, with associated utility costs covered by the Landlord. Lawn Maintenance: The Landlord is solely responsible for all lawn and yard maintenance. This includes, but is not limited to, mowing, trimming, and seasonal upkeep. The Tenant is not responsible for the care of the exterior grounds. Tenant's Responsibilities: Tenant shall be responsible for arranging and paying for all other utilities and services not explicitly listed above, including but not limited to, internet, telephone. Refund: The pet deposit is fully refundable, subject to deductions for pet-related damages and cleaning expenses upon the Tenant's vacating of the premises.
