Our home has 3 bedrooms ( king, queen & full beds with Italian linens) & 2 full baths (master bath has elegant Italian marble flooring & Portuguese Lagos Azul stone, a Japanese jacuzzi tub with a waterfall view of a Zen fern garden and private dual-headed shower separate from the tub). Enjoy Mill Valley's beautiful spring weather on two spacious outdoor living spaces, one which is off the great room through French doors that includes a sectional, coffee table/propane fire pit, gas grill and water feature. The second of which includes the hot tub, seating area and large waterfall with extensive lush garden. All outdoor areas are illuminated by string lights and custom uplighting, creating a serene ambience in the evenings. There are 2 indoor gas fireplaces, a FULLY stocked gourmet kitchen with an extra workspace with hi-speed internet (Eero system), ample parking & a beautiful hot tub off the master bathroom. There is also a detached TV room / office space with large sectional, coffee table, and desk that may be used as a shared office space if needed. This is our family home, meticulously cared for, offering you a warm art-filled and beautifully decorated retreat. We have a tenant downstairs in a completely separate unit with its own private entrance. The home is in the quiet, tree-filled Homestead Valley, with lovely walks from your doorstep, just minutes from quaint downtown Mill Valley, minutes from Whole Foods and shops/restaurants, 10 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge and a short drive to Stinson Beach and wine country. This is a perfect location for relaxation and serenity while still being within minutes from adventure. We are looking for clean, quiet adults to rent our home for March 1 - May 28. There is a community pool available at a nominal daily rate and a large dog park across the street.
