Every shared area has been upgraded to provide a comfortable, functional, and enjoyable living experience. 1. Respect & Conduct Treat all residents, staff, and visitors with courtesy and respect. No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior. Quiet hours: 9:00 PM 7:00 AM. 2. Safety & Security No weapons, illegal substances, or hazardous materials allowed. Fire exits must remain clear at all times. Smoking permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Doors and windows must be locked when leaving the property. No air conditioners or space heaters allowed. Never leave irons, candles, or curling irons on or you will asked to leave. 3. Cleanliness & Maintenance Keep personal rooms tidy and free of trash. Shared spaces (kitchen, bathrooms, lounges) must be cleaned after use. Report maintenance issues promptly to management. No unauthorized alterations to rooms (painting, fixtures, etc.). Mattress covers and fitted sheets must stay on beds at all times. 4. Guests & Visitors Visitors allowed only during designated hours (9:00 AM 9:00 PM). Overnight guests are not permitted unless approved in writing. Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests. 5. Kitchen & Food Label personal food items; respect others' property. Clean dishes, counters, and appliances immediately after use. No cooking during quiet hours unless approved. 6. Bathrooms & Shared Facilities Limit showers to 15 minutes to ensure fair use. Personal toiletries must be stored neatly. Respect privacy knock before entering shared spaces. 7. Financial & Administrative Rent is due on the agreed date each month/week. Late payments may incur fees as outlined in the agreement. Residents must notify management of extended absences. 8. Health & Wellness Alcohol & Illegal drug use is strictly prohibited. Residents must maintain personal hygiene for community health. 9. Conflict Resolution Disputes should be reported to management for mediation. Physical altercations or threats will result in immediate removal. We are not responsible for personal items. Please secure valuables. 10. Termination of Residency Violations of rules may result in warnings, fines, or eviction. Residents must vacate within the notice period outlined in the agreement.
