It's a short drive to the Cruise Terminal in downtown Mobile as well as Austal USA . The cottage is a convenient drive to all the major hospitals. This shady and cool cottage is on a quiet cul-de-sac off Dauphin Island Parkway on the way to the island between Dog River and Robinson Bayou. The cottage can be pet friendly, with a deposit. There's shopping, parks, fishing, cycling/jogging paths, and kayaking with in walking distance and a few different boat launches nearby. The furnishings include a queen bed in the spacious master bedroom. In the second bedroom there is a bunk that has a twin over a full bed as well as single bed. There is also a queen size futon in the living room too! The cozy cottage has a full bath with a shower. The eat-in kitchen has a bar that can easily accommodate 6-8 people during meals. The kitchen is fully furnished with all electric appliances and fully stocked with dishes and pots and pans. There is good size utility room off the kitchen that is climate control for storage and has a full size washer and dryer in it. There's lots of parking space for personal vehicles, work vehicles, and trailers if needed. This little house is a perfect fit for contractors and crews that will be in the area for an extended amount of time working who may not want to stay months in a motel. The rent includes power, water, Wi-fi, trash pickup, yard maintenance, property maintenance, and a monthly residential deep clean, as well as one set of towels and linens.
