Located in historic Upper Montclair, our neighborhood is one of the few that is walking distance to *both* the train and the bus, with a 5-min walk to the Montclair Heights train station, offering a 55-min ride to Penn Station, and a 6-minute walk to the gates of Montclair State University. Amazing access to trails located one street away, leading into a beautiful nature reserve where you will regularly see deer. Walking distance to Montclair's tulip garden and Mountainside pool. The studio is located in our walkout basement, and contains a private toilet and utility sink. The shower is upstairs and shared with our family. Kitchen is also shared with our family. Parking is not included. Our tenants can park directly in front of our home with a $5 a night parking permit issued online by the Township of Montclair. - Please no smoking or vaping of any kind, including medical marijuana. - No open flames of any kind. - Tenant is responsible for paying their own street parking - $5 a night using the Township of Montclair website. - We have in the past accepted a small pet, and we assess on a case by case basis. Non refundable $150 fee for the pet.
