Library has lots of books, and there is a great back porch with an outdoor sofa! Walkable to Morrisville Farmers Market and the Morrisville Public Library and the greenway (8 min walk). Close to Trader Joes, Target, and tons of great quick meal restaurants like Cava, Chipotle, Panera, etc. (6 min drive). Within 5 minutes drive of Lake Crabtree County Park, a beautiful park with lots of recreation options. Kitchen/Living Room/Dining Room: The kitchen has granite countertops, an island with barstools, a table with four chairs, plenty of cabinet space, a stove, microwave, and the basics you will need for cooking. The living room is small, but has a couch, chair and small table. The living room also comes with a comfortable couch. Office/Library: Next to the living room is our favorite room - a dark green and gold library. We have tons of books on yoga, healthcare, statistics, business, philosophy and fiction. Read as many as you'd like! There is also a standing desk and cute cushions to read on. There is a washing machine and dryer off of the kitchen. The neighborhood: Overall, it is an older house , so it has its share of quirks but is very cute and livable. There is a historical church right behind our house and our house is a five minute walk to the weekly farmers market (Saturday morning). It's not a fancy neighborhood but it is very quiet with most neighbors who have been living there for more than 20 years. A five minute drive will take you to Lake Crabtree park which has great hiking and kayaking, and a ten minute drive takes you to the heart of downtown Cary, Trader Joes, and Umstead Park in Raleigh. Note: The neighborhood is near train tracks and the airport, so if you are sensitive to airplane/train noise this may not be a good fit for you. Pets: 1-2 well-behaved dogs welcome with the refundable pet deposit. The yard is not fully fenced. While we love them, cats cannot be accommodated at this time. This is a fully furnished house. Owner pays for internet, water (upto $100) and electricty ($150). Everything is included in the rent.
