It's walking distance to Gilbert Park, Lake Dora & the shops & restaurants. It's a great area for taking walks, bicycle riding & enjoying the arts & crafts shows & festivals. Your parking space is only 20 feet from your front door which makes it much easier to unload unload groceries, etc, unlike the newer, larger complexes. The unit offers a newer central AC system & tiled floors in the kitchen & baths. The kitchen has a granite countertop with a deep bowl under-mount stainless steel kitchen sink & a tile floor with a sliding glass door wall. The living room & bedrooms are carpeted. A laundry room is only feet away, FREE of charge to you. (This saves you on your own utility costs). Sorry...No pets. However, one cat may possibly be allowed if it's your only companion for an extra charge & a pet deposit. Also, I don't allow smokers even if you only smoke outside. Others residents may have their windows open. There is one year lease minimum. First months rent, last months rent & a $500 security deposit must be paid prior to move in.
