The rent is $1250 per month for a one person occupancy. ($1,350 for a two person occupancy due to extra wear & tear). Resident pays for individual electric & water. Owner pays for trash collection & offers a free laundry room to you. The apartment has been recently been painted & has a newer central AC system. The kitchen has a new, deep bowl stainless steel kitchen sink & a new range hood. Both kitchen & bathroom have tile floors. The bedrooms & living room have carpeting. Though there is no washer/dryer in the unit, a laundry room is on site, FREE of charge to you. This saves you on your own utility costs. You will enjoy the quietness the property offers.
