The space for rent is a separate furnished studio apartment located in the basement of my large home. It's in a nice, quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to downtown and CMU's campus. The studio apartment has a private entrance, full kitchen (supplied with cookware, utensils, & other necessities), dinning table, sleeping area with a full size bed, bar with stools, sectional couch, television, gas fireplace, private bathroom, and a shared laundry. All utilities included in rent. I live in the upper two levels with my dogs and Mom. Utilities (wireless internet, gas, electric, trash, etc.) are included with rent.
