Terms are minimum 12 months. Allowed people are up to 3 people. Water, electricity, gas and wifi bills are at renter's expense. Other minor maintenance will be at renter's expense too unless owner agrees to pay. No smoking inside the house. Any violation from renter will terminate the lease immediately or on a same day when the violation occurs.
