Country life close to Sun Prairie and Madison. Nice short commute. About 10 to 15 minutes. New sewer and mound system. New forced air heater. New central air conditioner. New water heater. New large sump pump. I know what your all thinking. No...the basement DID NOT flood. We caught it in time. Our old sewer and drain field was past its lifecycle. The wet spring of 2017 overwhelmed it but no flooding of the basement occurred. And the heater, water heater was converted to natural gas which was put to our house last year. Homes exterior was painted in 2017 also. New well pump installed in 2018. We are relocating for a new job in another state. We have enjoyed many years here. Time to pass this gem on to someone else to make their own memories. Note: Basement is fieldstone foundation. Not the kind of basement you can finish. Its a half basement and half crawlspace.
