This is a nice quiet building. We have same floor laundry. We have underground parking for one vehicle and plenty of parking in our lot. Easy walking to the Downtown area of Menomonee falls. Our office hours and showings are Monday through Friday 8:00am till 4:00pm. Please call for showings. Owner pays the water and garbage recycling. Renter pays for electric and internet. The heat is electric and that is responsibility of the renter. There is no gas in the building. There is no smoking in the building.
