• You will need to make an income at least 2x your rent and absolutely NO EVICTION from your past rental history. Also, please do not come to us if you intend to party every week, do or possess illegal drugs or addiction. This is a household of working professionals and we hope to have like-minded roommates. One person per room. No couples. No pets. Parking: one car/room for parking on the drive way. Shared Responsibilities: Take turn each week to clean shared area such as kitchen and bathroom. Rent Due: rent and operational shared expenses due from the 1st of the month via direct bank transfer (Zelle), Cashapp or PayPal. Absolutely not a day late payments. If it happens there's a $20/day late fee. Move-in Total: to move in you will need the 1st month + last month rent + the deposit (same as the rent). I will need to do a rental background check on all tenants over the age of 18. There's a non-refundable fee is $40 payable to the security company to do the background check. The lease will be signed 3 or 6 months at a time.
