I have one large room and a basement for rent. It's an extra large room that can fit two people with a walk-in closet. The built out basement into a bedroom has its own half bath with its own entrance/exit. It can also fit two people. This is in a single 3-bdrms home with a built-out basement and wrap-around yard. The backyard has a bbq area for entertainment. It's a beautiful three levels (top level has three carpeted bedrooms plus full bath. The entrance level has hardwood floor with the living room, dining room, kitchen plus a half-bath and laundry. The large built out carpeting basement is at the very bottom level. It's located on exit 1 of route 3 in Nashua, NH. This will be convenient for professionals working in Boston or nearby. It's close to the Pheasant Lane Mall, Costco, Market Basket, restaurants, schools, etc.
Requirements:
1. The rent for the upstairs large bedroom (can fit a couple) is $1300 per month. This room will share the main full bathroom on the same level.
2. The rent for the basement is $1200/month. This can also fit two people. This basement has its own walkway (exit/entrance) plus a half bath, but it will share the main bathroom upstairs for bathing.
3. You will need to make an income at least 2x your rent and absolutely NO EVICTION from your past rental history. Also, please do not come to us if you intend to party every week, do or possess illegal drugs or addiction. This is a household of working professionals and we hope to have like-minded roommates.
4. Parking: one car/room for off-street parking on the drive way. There's plenty of parking on the street, right in front of the home. On snowy days you can park your cars on the driveway due to plowing.
5. Operational Cost: cleaning service (a hired cleaning lady will come and clean the common area + bathrooms), utilities, lawn mowing/snow plowing, internet, and trash will be shared expenses among all roommates.
6. Rent Due: rent and operational shared expenses due from the 1st -5th of the month via direct bank transfer (Zelle), Cashapp or PayPal. There's a $10/day late fee after the 5th of the month.
7. Move-in Total: to move in you will need the 1st month + last month rent + the deposit (same as the rent). I will need to do a rental background check on all tenants over the age of 18. The non-refundable fee is $40 payable to the security company to do the background check.
You can move in at the beginning of Oct. 01, 2025. The lease will be signed 6 months at a time or shorter at a slightly higher rent.
