Adorable lakefront cottage with dock and lake access. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful during the off season. We are looking for a professional or someone looking for a mid-term rental need as we wish to rent during the off season only. It is fully furnished and the price includes all utilities.
We have two kayaks and two paddleboards available for use. We also have a dock fishing license so anyone can fish from it without an additional license required.
We are looking to rent from 3-6 months starting November 1st.
Maximum of 4 occupants - no pets
A background check, deposit and rental lease are required. Approved application required before showing the home.
Mid term furnished rental all inclusive with utilities. Will only consider minimum 3 month to 6 month maximum rental.
